of our construction personnel are offered on an hourly contract basis, we
recognise that our clients have individual needs that are many and varied.

Placements
With over 30 years
experience hiring construction personnel, we are able to source
construction professionals and management as part of our placement service
at very competitive rates.
In accordance with our hiring agreement, a placement fee is payable in the
event of a contractor we have provided being engaged by our client on a
direct basis. Only by negotiation, and after a period of continuous hire,
would we reduce the full placement fee.

the Australian Building and Construction Commission (ABCC), the
introduction of the Workchoices Legislation and the Independent
Contractors Act puts you, our client, in an extremely strong position to
make workforce choices that best suit the requirements for your projects
without fear of intervention by Unions.
Regardless of your Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) status and claims
to the contrary, you are free to choose your best labour options. EBA's
