Occupational Health & Safety Policy

Troubleshooters Available recognises its moral and legal responsibility to endeavour to provide a safe and healthy work environment
for their contractors on our clients construction sites. This commitment extends to ensuring that our clients operations do not
place the local community at risk of injury or illness.

Troubleshooters Available will achieve its commitment to ensure that our clients provide a safe and healthy work environment for our
contractors by then acknowledging the following:

Provision of written procedures and instruction to ensure safe systems of work.
By providing contractors and employees with regular information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure their safety.

Troubleshooters Available recognizes that our management and the management of our clients have the overall responsibility to
provide a safe work place.

Our management responsibilities include:

Ensuring that our clients provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment so far as is practicable.
Ensuring that all Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures are implemented in our in-house Occupational Health and
Safety induction.
Actively promoting and being involved in these policies and procedures.
Regular site visits to ensure that our contractors are working in a safe environment.
That our contractors inform Troubleshooters Available of unsafe work sites and practices.
On notice of our contractors informing Troubleshooters Available of unsafe work sites, a representative from our office will
visit the site to ascertain and rectify the issue.
To arrange six monthly performance reviews.

Troubleshooters Available has a commitment to encourage consultation and co-operation between management, contractors and employees.

We will promote Occupational Health and Safety representatives in the work place, in turn minimizing the risk of injury.
